
The brief entails us to do a 3D character/creature in a chosen company artstyle.
I have chosen the company Blizzard/Valve - Dota 2 for my inspiration in the creation of this wood type elemental monster (swamp creature).

These are the concept art pieces that I did to create the Hero Character: Quagmire.
​
I also did orthographic and perspective drawings to see the overall look of the character design I am going to use and with added details for later reference.
​
Modelling was all done in Zbrush from blocking stage to final high resolution poly-modelling for the finer details and sculpting. After that, we did ZRemeshing and UV mapping to be able to project and texture the High Resolution Model and bring it to Maya for lighting and rendering.
