Good day Visitors of my site!

I am Donna Mae Cruz, a Registered Nurse and a 3D generalist graduate at Yoobee School of Design.
This site is a collection of my works from all my school projects from Animation and Film Production Level 5, Diploma in 3D Production Level 6, and Diploma in Advanced 3D Production Level 7. Feel free to give feedbacks and critiques that can improve all of my creations.
PROFILE
I am 30 years old and a Registered Nurse back in the Philippines and also in New Zealand. I love my job even now but I want to pursue my dream as a 3D artist.
I do not want to regret something at the end of my life - the what ifs and why nots because I have not tried doing it at all. At least, I can proudly say that I have risk something that I am passionate about.

Ever since my childhood, I have always loved animated movies. I develop an interest on the process of creating such characters, story, and environment that led me in pursuing towards this industry. It would be a dream to create short clips of animation with my own story and characters.

I have now recently finished my studies and pursuing a career as a 3D generalist. This website is a good opportunity to showcase all my works and the progress that I have achieved throughout my 3 years of studies.

3D RECREATION OF DISNEY MOVIE "RESCUERS'
The brief of this project entails recreating a chosen scene from the Disney Movie "Rescuers". This is already a composited shot from beauty pass render. All aspects are modelled and textured. Characters are also rigged and can be animated.

RIGGING PROCESS
The school provided this model (Ronin) for us to plan and rig. This is a demonstration video that explains the controls of the rig and how it works. All creation and set-up of controls and relationships to joints and mesh are done by me. Also included in the demo video is the customized script tools and how it works. Credits to the school who provided the model and bensound for the free background music.

This is a group animation project by MASH team which relates to
the genre of parody of a talent show as a summative assessment - Animation Module.
